RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We believe in doing right by our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your item for a different size, simply return your unused items to us in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to our warehouse. 

The original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the goods are damaged or incorrect. If the value of your order minus the returned item puts it below our USD50.00 free shipping offer, please note we will deduct what the original shipping costs would have been from your refund. This is simply because we price our shipping fairly and will end up out of pocket otherwise. :)

Before you return your item please make sure they are unused and in a saleable condition, with any labels and tags still attached. To get started with your return, email support@plantbabes-shop.com. We're here to help! 

ETHICAL MANUFACTURING

Ethical manufacturing is something we feel very strongly about here at Plant Babes. We are an ethical clothing brand, and we only work with partners that respect the people they employ and the environment we all enjoy. Nearly 100% of all our clothing is manufactured in Fair Wear or WRAP certified facilities. 

We can assure you that all the employees of our chosen manufacturing partners are paid a fair wage, able to work acceptable hours in a safe working environment and are of a minimum age requirement to be working. 

Above everything we are an independent brand who prioritise human rights, animal rights (all fabrics and products are 100% cruelty-free & vegan) and safe working conditions more than obtaining the lowest price in any situation.
