Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. In case we are experiencing a high volume of orders, 1-2 weeks delays might occur. If there are any changes we will be communicating via e-mail

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Our estimate delivery time is 4-5 weeks. Due to high demand the delivery time can sometimes be longer.

We have Free Shipping for all orders above USD 50.00 to USA.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You’ll receive a shipment confirmation and tracking number via email. Make sure to check all your mail boxes.

Customs, duties, and taxes

We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

We are not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
